Who Can Benefit?

Cognitive behaviour therapy is the treatment of choice for many mental health problems. Our clients are people like you! They are trying to make the best of their life, but discover that circumstances and/or personality issues form roadblocks to becoming their best self.

At the Partnership we use modern and scientific psychological approaches to assess our clients problems. Some people seek professional help because they have been told by a doctor or a counsellor that they have a mental health problem ("You are depressed"). On the other hand, you may just have been feeling not quite right.  You know something is wrong, but you can’t pinpoint it, in which case you will find the section 'life just sucks!' most helpful.
