Refund Policy

In case you are unhappy with what your receive we offer you a full refund of the purchase price up to 30 days after purchase. In order to claim your refund you will have to return the item to us and briefly explain your reasons for doing so. Unfortunately we can not refund postage and packing costs nor can we pay for the costs of returning the items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Session Bookings

Once we have received payment of the session(s) you booked we will contact you to arrange a date and time for the appointment. If you need to reschedule the appointment, you can do that up to 48 hours before the appointment time, free of charge. After that a cancellation fee of the full session fee applies.
