Our comprehensive lifestyle assessment will give you some answers and show you HOW you can make life the way YOU want it to be. You will attend four sessions with our lifestyle specialist Henck van Bilsen (link to his profile here), complete several questionnaires and will be given a full lifestyle assessment report with detailed advice.
