    Resilience and Stress Booster Group

    Our RESILIENCE AND STRESSBOOSTER GROUP for professionals will be able to help. In this group you will learn to recognise the hidden stressors of everyday life and how to deal with them. The group is convened by Lynn Williams an experienced therapist with a background in psychology and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy. Each group session is divided in two parts: an educational session and a practice session. In the educational session she will teach the participants specific techniques on how to build up psychological resilience and deal better with stress and in the practice session the focus will be on applying this to you daily life.
