A five-day rejuvenating Mindfulness and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
The programme aims to teach you the essential Mindfulness and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) skills to cope better with life’s many challenges. Whether you want to learn how to overcome problems with depression, stress and anxiety; or whether you want to work on preventing any of these problems happening to you:

The programme consists of an introductory evening and ten sessions of 90 minutes of training mindfulness and CBT techniques. The sessions are convened in the mornings (9.30 AM-11 AM & 11.30AM -1PM), leaving the afternoons free to engage in self-directed practice, switch off completely and enjoy the environment or select any of the other optional healing activities: horse riding, therapeutic massage, individual CBT-session, individual mindfulness session or mindful walking.

The location for this course is the beautiful Algarve, on the Atlantic coast in the Algarve (Southern Portugal).
Monte Rosa, a Rural Guesthouse (more info) 10 km from Lagos and about 1 hour drive from Faro airport.
Monte Rosa is ideally located in the heart of the unspoilt Portuguese countryside, away from mass tourism. It consists of various renovated rustic buildings, in which cosy and comfortable accommodation is offered. The complex is situated amidst 4 acres of rural countryside - with an abundance of old almond, olive and fig trees. The accommodation varies in size and facilities.
In the winter we offer heating facilities (evenings get a bit chilly), either wood- burning or electrical heating.
- Residential course participant (private room with en-suite): £ 850
- Residential course participant (shared room with en-suite with one other person): £ 700
- Residential course participant (private cabana with separate bathroom facilities): £ 650
- Non-Residential: £ 400
- For residential packages breakfast, lunch and tea/coffees are included; for the non-residential package, coffees/teas and lunches are included.
Reservations can be made with a deposit of 50% of the fee. The remainder of the fee needs to be paid at least 30 days before the first day of the course.There is an early bird discount, if you book a place before 1 January and your payment is received before 15 January then a discount of 10% applies.
In case of cancellation we can offer no refund, but you can send a ‘replacement’.
