Face-to-Face CBT Therapy
Face-to-face therapy takes place in a supportive, calm environment in our comfortable therapy rooms. You will be able to talk openly with the therapist about your concerns, without interruption. The therapist will listen empathically and help you make sense of your problems by asking questions. The therapist will also ask you to complete several questionnaires that will be helpful in gaining a full understanding of the origins of your problems and what maintains them.
We offer face-to-face therapy from our offices in both the UK and Portugal, and Online therapy is also available.

In the autumn we will once again be offering a Mindfulness course. Participants will learn to use mindfulness techniques to develop peace of mind and keep psychological problems at bay.
