Liz and Henck demonstrate cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) in action. Liz roleplays a client suffering from OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). Henck motivates her to engage in behaviours that trigger high levels of anxiety and to FEEL the anxiety without the usual avoidance strategies.
