Liz Hutchinson

A Senior Associate Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, Liz specialises in Depression, anxiety, addictions, Eating Disorders, Self esteem, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Post Natal mental health.

Before focusing on a career in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Liz worked in the mental health field as a psychiatric nurse. In addition to generic mental health work, Liz has undertaken work with young people, those suffering with enduring and complex mental disorders and specific work with Eating Disorders and addictive behaviours. Her interest in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy began when working with treatment resistant eating disorders recognising its value with this client group. Following this she commenced her Master's degree completing this in 2007. Since joining the partnership she has enjoyed the challenge of applying the cognitive behavioural model to a diverse group of people, in both individual and group settings. Liz was accredited by the BABCP in 2008.
